The Grill Sergeant BBQ

I would like to now introduce everyone who makes up The Grill Sergeant BBQ Team.

	My pit master, Mark Lottman, known to all as KoKomo Mark. He got this name after a very popular drink at the Tiki Bar. Mark is not only a close friend but considered to be family, and is a great pit master. His knowledge of different cuts of meat and cooking procedures are second to none.
	Mike "Hucky" Brown, a pit member that has been with me from the start, and has given up a lot of his weekends hog cooking with me. This guy can make you laugh all night and keep you awake during them hard hours while hog cooking.
	Lucky number 7, my wife Mary (Mrs. Sergeant) who thought I was crazy years ago but now plays the biggest part of the Team. Thank you honey, I love you.
	My close friend Andres who gave me the opportunity for the location I am at now and a great help in the pit.
	Joe Quade, my slice man and hard-working brother in-law.
	Chili Ron, the new comer to the pit showed up one day, introduced himself, and worked with me all summer. His outstanding chili earned a famous following for the summer.
	Tom "Tutone" Shepherd, life long friend that has cooked many parties with me.
