Mike "Hucky" Brown, a pit member that has been with me from the start, and has given up a lot of his weekends hog cooking with me. This guy can make you laugh all night and keep you awake during them hard hours while hog cooking. |

Tom "Tutone" Shepherd, My PIT MASTER a life long friend that has cooked many catering events /parties with me for the last 13 years and considered to be my brother. We have been friends for 30 plus years. HOG cooking with out him wouldnt be right. His knowledge of different cuts of meat and cooking procedures are second to none. BEERS & BBQ !!!!! and 30 HOGS a year, no sleep. |

Brandon (BUBBA) Quade my nephew, a new comer to the Grill Sgt BBQ and a great worker. Brandon has become quite the bbq'er and has learned a great deal from his uncle, the SGT of course. Hog cooking is something he is starting to take over on his own. Uncle Mike loves you keep up the good work....... |

Mark Lottman, (on left) known to all as KoKomo Mark. My Oldest Pit Master with a great knowledge of cuts of meat. Mark was a prior military Police Officer in the Army, and is not only a close friend, but considered to be family. Mark has always been there for me, Hog cooking is his specialty. Mark has become a valuable asset to our company...and brings with him much experience.... |
